Un-multi-tasking

Rhythm

I am starting to create a rhythm to my week and to my days.

Not pretty but a start.
Exercise: I promised myself that I would start to exercise and I just returned from my 6 am strength and cardio exercise group on Monday mornings. I am feeling exhausted but proud of myself for following through. My arms feel like ten tons of weight which has made quilting this morning a bit challenging. Tuesday nights are my yoga nights, which I wish I had started 30 years ago. I have never felt so calm and know that it would have helped me get through a lot of unnecessary tension one encounters when running a business. And I am walking Barley for about 45 minutes on most days, so all in all, I have upped my exercise by about 1000%. Do I love it? Not always. But I have to marshall through this so it becomes routine.
